Second Life Foundation for Rich Content: New Round of Grants - Applications Due 7/25

The Second Life Foundation for Rich Content has just announced a new round of grants to support the creation of rich content in SL. You can read the official press release about the grants on their Google Group here

I did the's only $240.00 USD

And that is the whole lot of money, to be given out in even smaller chunks! It seems hardly worth the time to apply, for a $75.00 grant, IMHO.

But what an interesting

But what an interesting experiment. If it *works* and they can generate more interest/donations then who knows where this kind of grantmaking could lead.

Keep in mind, one of my hats is, currently, as a grantmaker.
